We are looking for a talented Head Chef to join our team at The Tudor House Hotel, Tewkesbury . We have a new GM James and he is looking for a Head Chef to develop and grow the food business with him.

We can offer on site living accommodation as part of the package with this role for the right applicant. Working shifts are 5 days out of 7 and will include some evenings and weekends as we are a hotel catering for breakfast through to dinner for guests and walk-ins alike.

Who are we looking for?

An interest in latest food trends and creating exceptional dishes
Passionate about food and culinary excellence
Experience with leading a team but also want to nourish and develop your kitchen team
Experience in menu creation and costing
Used to working to wage and GP targets
A positive attitude and a desire to grow your career with us
A desire to work for a company who care about their teams.
