Financial Lines Insurance Producer / Broker Location: Remote / Hybrid / London Office My client is looking for a highly driven and knowledgeable Financial Lines Producer/Broker to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of professional indemnity, D&O, cyber, crime, or financial institutions insurance, who is ready to take ownership of their pipeline and grow their own portfolio, backed by a flexible, independent brokerage that offers real autonomy, high-earning potential, and the infrastructure to succeed. The Role Build and manage your own portfolio within financial lines Develop new business opportunities through networking and strategic outreach Structure bespoke risk solutions across a range of financial lines products Work closely with top-tier insurers and underwriters to place complex risks Manage end-to-end broking, from submission to placement and servicing Leverage full admin, compliance, and marketing support so you can focus on broking and business development Key Requirements 3+ years’ experience in financial lines broking (PI, D&O, cyber, etc.) Strong knowledge of the UK financial lines insurance market Proven ability to generate and convert new business opportunities Confident in managing your own workload and pipeline Cert CII or above (or working towards it) An existing client following or transferable relationships is highly desirable What You’ll Get Competitive salary with uncapped commission Complete flexibility, remote, hybrid, or London office-based Access to an extensive panel of financial lines markets and underwriters Support from an agile, experienced back-office team Ongoing professional development and support with CII qualifications Clear path for progression within a growing and specialist-focused brokerage
