Behaviour Mentor

While experience in working with children or adults in an educational setting is preferred, a willingness to learn new coaching skills to improve behaviour and development is essential. All positions will initially be agency-based on a timesheet basis.
We are particularly interested in applicants with backgrounds in care, social work, mental health, or mentoring.
Job Responsibilities:
Support children with SEMH and SEND
Remain calm and de-escalate distressed behaviour
Possess a valid Enhanced DBS registered with the online update service, or be willing to apply for a new check
Be available 5 days a week for a minimum of 3 monthsBenefits:
