Role Overview
Our established joint venture is actively recruiting for food productive operatives to produce and package food products. Flexibility will be required to work around shifts and production requirements.
Previous experience within food manufaturing is preferable, but full induction and training will be provided.
Key Accountabilities
* Lifting bags of ingredients into mixing machine
* Loading machines with raw ingredients
* Ensuring product is correctly produced
* Accurate and precise measuring of required ingredients
* Ensuring correct product labelling
* Transfer product from mixer machine into the production machine to enable it to go through the full process
* Packing the finished product
* Transfer of finished product to suitable storage
* Monitoring product quality as part of a team
* Conform to all onsite Health and Safety food regulations
* Working in a food enviornment
* Picking and packing products for onward sale
* General warehouse duties
