Job Title: Conference Producer Division : Customer Contact Week (CCW) Location: Victoria, London. The Division: Customer Contact Week Europe (CCW Europe) is the region’s leading analyst and industry network to the Customer Management community. With a cross industry focus, representing practitioners from leading Enterprises we focus on the following practise areas: Customer Contact Customer Experience Employee Engagement & Experience The Conference Producer is at the heart of what we do. You will identify topics through in-depth market research, write and produce a commercially viable conference agenda that offers excellent relationship building, knowledge transfer and BD opportunities for delegates, sponsors and speakers. Becoming a Subject Matter Expert, project managing, and fostering strong relationships is key. Responsibilities: Deep research, keeping ahead of trends and gaining insights by staying in contact with the community Strategy and project management Copywriting and producing conference agendas Speaker acquisition Delivering marketing strategies, formulating marketing copy, forging media partnerships Working closely with and briefing the sales teams Working closely with clients- speakers, sponsors and delegates, to ensure the smooth running of events from product development to onsite delivery Ensuring conferences run to schedule, within budget Public speaking- opening the conference and addressing a large audience Requirements: Commercial acumen Confidence and ability to customer-face, on the phone and in-person Can assimilate complex information quickly A positive attitude and strong work ethic Proven verbal and written communication skills with a passion or flair for copywriting The ability to sell an original idea to senior management Strong time management and able to work under pressure and to deadlines Entrepreneurial and creative inclination Able to react and respond quickly to market needs / internal factors This career offers: Intellectual challenges and the need to overcome problems Interaction with global business leaders A dynamic environment Financial rewards for high performance Opportunity for rapid career progression Comprehensive training and development What we offer you: A hybrid work environment with an office in central London (3 days in office / 2 days at home) Full training for the role through in-house managers and peers as well as workshops led by external coaches Career growth opportunities within the company as you gain more experience A supportive and fair work environment with equal opportunities for all Opportunity to travel internationally to events (Europe and US) 25 days holiday entitlement per year (plus 1 extra day for each full year of service up to a max. of 30 days) Health Cash Plan providing a range of wellbeing benefits Life Assurance Scheme Optional Pension Scheme (3% employer contribution, 5% employee contribution) Access to Victoria Privilege Card (discounts at local retailers, restaurants, etc)
