Head of Strategy, Performance & Oversight
Devizes, Wiltshire.
Salary up to £65,484
Full-time: 37 hours per week
This will be an agile working model dependant on the work demands.

The successful candidate will lead and manage the strategic, performance, and oversight functions of the organisation. This will include developing the overall strategy, implementing performance scrutiny and oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of the Strategy, Performance & Oversight function.
Ensure effective performance leadership, achieving all performance objectives.
Work with the Chief Executive, Director of Operations, and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to motivate and organisation values.
Advise and assist in the development, implementation, and review of the policies and processes.
Produce key strategies and improvement plans for the organisation's partnerships.
Support the Director of Operations and Chief Executive in scrutinising performance.
Manage the auditing and governance arrangements of the organisation Joint Independent Audit, Risk and Governance Committee (JIGRAC).
Lead on the coordination and production of statutory requirements, including the Annual Report.Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Educated to degree level or significant professional experience in a relevant role.
Proven leadership experience in strategic planning and performance monitoring in a complex organisation.
Ability to influence, negotiate, and drive strategy and change at an organisational level.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in producing high-quality strategic documents and operational plans.
Knowledge of project/programme management techniques and relevant legislation.This is a busy and reactive position with the strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail. Working towards tight deadlines and therefore the successful candidate must demonstrate that they are able to prioritise their workload effectively.
