Role Purpose:
We are seeking an Oustsourcing Specialist - Income Reconciliation to provide income reconciliation services for our client as the continue to expand and grow our outsourced income reconciliation team.  
What you will be doing:
As an Outsourcing Specialist - Income Reconciliation you will be responsible for ensuring accurate income reconciliation for multiple clients, this will entail downloading and importing commission statements and matching these, managing bank statements and identifying missing income and chasing this down, allocating fees, working with clients to close month end and producing reports.
What experience you'll have:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience of working within a financial services environment
• Knowledge  of  the  income  reconciliation  functionality  in  some/all  CRMs  (Intelliflo Office,  Curo,  Xplan-CommPay, Enable)
• Good understanding of commission statements, policies, and payment types
• Ability to obtain and process commission / bank statements
• Clear understanding of accounting principles and month end processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
About you:
• Excellent attention to detail with accuracy
• The ability to manage and prioritise own workloads taking into account multiple client accounts
• Clear understanding of accounting principles and month end processes
• Able to understand and resolve historic income processing issues
• Ability to follow processes but also look at possible efficiency improvements
