Role Overview:

As a Commercial Valuation Surveyor at Gerald Eve in Manchester, you will play a key role in providing accurate and insightful valuations for a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. Working closely with clients and colleagues, you will leverage your expertise to deliver comprehensive valuation reports that inform strategic decision-making and drive value optimisation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conducting thorough inspections and assessments of commercial properties, considering factors such as location, condition, and market trends.
  • Utilising industry-leading valuation methodologies and tools to accurately determine the market value of properties across various asset classes.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their specific requirements and objectives, tailoring valuation solutions to meet their needs.
  • Providing clear and concise valuation reports that communicate findings, assumptions, and recommendations effectively to clients and stakeholders.
  • Keeping abreast of market dynamics, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to ensure valuations are conducted in accordance with relevant standards and guidelines.


Requirements:


  • Degree in Real Estate, Surveying, or related field.
  • MRICS qualification
  • Proven experience in commercial property valuation, preferably within a consultancy environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.
