Wet Trade Supervisor
Location: Hackney/Waltham Forest Area
Salary: £42,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (42.5 hours per week)
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent (Initial Start Date: 14/10/2024 - End Date: 21/04/2025)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Wet Trade Supervisor to lead our team in the Hackney/Waltham Forest area. This role is perfect for someone with a solid background in wet trades, particularly with damp and mould remediation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations and ensure project timelines are met.
Manage and coordinate team activities in damp and mould remediation projects.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality assurance.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting using computer software.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supervising wet trade projects.
Experience with damp and mould treatment preferred.
Strong computer skills for managing records and reports.
