Our client, a leading UK property consultancy, is seeking a RICS qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects across the UK, utilising your expertise in rural land management .


Position Overview

As a Rural Chartered Surveyor , you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of rural estates , providing strategic advice, and driving diversification initiatives to optimise the value and potential of these properties.


Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day estate operations and agricultural tenancies
  • Identify maintenance needs and implement planned maintenance programmes
  • Develop diversification strategies, including renewables and business opportunities
  • Prepare digital plans and implement computerised estate terriers
  • Collaborate with teams to develop strong internal processes
  • Strategically work cross-departmentally to drive sales and efficiency


Requirements

  • RICS qualified with relevant rural land management experience
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Self-motivated team player with a drive to succeed
  • CAAV qualification and rural valuation experience (desirable)
