Role Overview IT Technician responsible for maintaining a secure, stable technology environment across multiple sites. Requirements: Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK. Key Responsibilities 1st & 2nd Line Support: Provide fast, high-quality technical support and own issues to resolution. Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive. Hardware & Security: Deploy and configure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring secure Windows 11 environments. IT Projects: Support digital improvement work, new technology rollouts, and process automation. Documentation: Maintain clear technical and user-focused guides. Essential Skills Experience in a 1st/2nd line support or IT Technician role. Strong Microsoft 365 administration skills. Proficiency with Windows 11 deployment, troubleshooting, and hardware support. Clear, confident communication with users at all levels. Logical problem-solving and commitment to service excellence. Desirable IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, CompTIA). Basic networking knowledge (routers, firewalls, access points). Experience in care, charity, or similar environments. Experience with mobile/MDM management (e.g., Intune).
