ER Guidance and Policy Advice: Offer legally compliant ER guidance to managers and colleagues, ensuring impartiality and effective business solutions. Maintain a central case management system to triage queries and provide timely, accurate advice.
Policy Ownership and Maintenance : Develop, review, and update LPCH-specific ER policies and procedures, ensuring they are legally compliant, reflect our brand, and are accessible to all colleagues. Partner with stakeholders to create user-friendly guides.
Support for HRBPs : Assist HR Business Partners with people change projects, ensuring all employee relations considerations are addressed. Conduct impact assessments and support risk mitigation to avoid ER challenges.
Upskilling Managers: Create and improve learning materials to enhance manager capabilities in applying policies and procedures. Provide business insights on training impact and reasons for ER case fluctuations.
External Relationship Management : Manage relationships with external HR and legal suppliers to support complex ER issues. Lead the preparation of legal documents and evidence, ensuring compliance and minimising legal costs.

About You:
- Experience handling high volume and a variety of ER cases
- Up to date knowledge with Employment Law
- Ability to build rapport and effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Self-driven, organised, and capable of challenging upwards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to consider the bigger picture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CIPD Level 5 is desirable but not essential
