The Company:
Interaction Technical have partnered with a rapidly expanding, family-owned manufacturer of premium mowing equipment on their search for a skilled MIG Welder to join their growing manufacturing team. Our client is a market leader and have now reached a stage of growth where they are looking to add a MIG Welder to their busy team. The Benefits:

The Role:
· To weld material to the highest standard using pulse welding equipment.
· Use bespoke jigs to assist with the welding process.
· To be responsible for quality and timely completion of parts to agreed standards
· To be responsible for ensuring the timekeeping/job tracking system is kept up to date at all times.
· Ensure strict adherence to health and safety guidelines at all times.
The Requirements:
· Previous experience MIG Welding (essential)
· Qualification in Welding (advantageous)
· Previous experience using pulse welding equipment (advantageous)
· Work well within a team, but also take initiative and enjoy working on your own
· Strict attention to detail
· Work to tight deadlines
