As an Inbound Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by taking calls, making calls, responding to emails, answering live chat inquiries, creating returns, and going above and beyond to ensure an amazing customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls, make outbound calls, respond to emails, and engage in live chat conversations to assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
