ASSISTANT MANAGER, LONDON STORE

Role: Assistant Manager

Location: Jermyn Street London.

Full Time contract


Description:

We are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable and presentable individual to join our retail team. Act as Senior Client Advisor towards customers. Support the Store Manager in the achievements of the sales objectives by performing regular coaching of the sales team to deliver exceptional service and product knowledge.


Roles and Responsibilities :

·      Assume the role of Store Manager in the absence of the Store Manager in accordance with company operating standards.

·      Support Store Manager with team leadership, store administratives, opening and closure procedures, key holding, inductions and trainings, implementing action plans to improve results

·      Organise and implement store rotations, shifts and holidays

·      Good maintenance and safe environment, respect of product assortment and visual merchandising guidelines.

·      CRM and loyal customers

·      Handle enquiries from customers and escalate accordingly

·      Be able to listen and display effective decision making

·      Supervise after sales service request providing excellent service

·      Responsible for the daily business operations within the store

·      Wider retail awareness, constructive input to the Global Team regarding existing collections and new products.
