Job Title: Catastrophic Injury Solicitor

Location: Manchester

Type: Full-time, Hybrid Working

Salary: Circa £70,000

An experienced Catastrophic Injury Solicitor is required to join our client's law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual with a proven track record in handling complex cases, particularly those involving high-value brain injuries. You will ideally be a Grade A Solicitor/CILEx. The successful candidate will play a key role in the firm, contributing to our client's commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.

Responsibilities:

Manage a small caseload of catastrophic injury claims, with a focus on high-value brain injury cases.nProvide expert legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring their interests are represented to the highest standard.nConduct thorough legal research and analysis to support cases.nCollaborate with other members of the legal team and external experts to build strong cases.nKeep abreast of developments in personal injury law and related areas.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with substantial experience in catastrophic injury law.nProven track record in handling high-value brain injury cases.nExcellent litigation and negotiation skills.nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.nExceptional communication and client management skills.nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team.nFamiliarity with relevant legislation and case law.
