I am currently seeking a Sales Manager to join a client of mine based in Bristol, with frequent international travel. Salary up to £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits.
This company is a leader in the bulk material handling market, setting global standards and benchmarks. With a dynamic team of experts on-site, they consistently deliver cutting-edge engineering solutions, not only across the nation but also to international destinations around the world.
To cope with the current workload and in line with their expansion plans, they need to recruit for a Sales Manager on a permanent basis.
In this role as Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the company's growth and revenue targets. The company's projects will be divided between capital equipment and after-market sales, requiring a balance of both areas. As this is a technical sales position, you'll need to engage in engineering-focused conversations with clients across the globe. Maintaining and cultivating strong relationships with key clients will be essential to ensure customer satisfaction, while also identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Given that the majority of the company's projects are delivered internationally, frequent global travel is required for this position.
Essential Requirements:
5 years experience as a Sales Manager or similar
Engineering background
Heavy Engineering Background (bulk handling, conveyors, mining etc)
Willingness to travel internationally
Right to work in the UK - no sponsorship available for this roleDesirable Requirements:
