VP of Technology Strategy – We are working with a leading FinTech organisation to find a VP of Technology Strategy for a crucial leadership role. Reporting to the CTO and operating at ExCo level, you will be responsible for evolving their technology strategy, identifying emerging trends and opportunities that will drive growth and innovation, improving operational efficiency and strengthening their competitive advantage.


You will be an effective communicator, collaborating with business leaders and technical teams to assess the current technical estate and make recommendations for strategic technology investments, defining a roadmap that will shape a future state architecture prioritising simplification, automation and agility with an eye on the ROI.


Who is the VP of Technology Strategy?


They are looking for a technology leader with extensive experience, ideally in the fintech sector, who can think strategically and execute on big ideas. Your deep understanding of the tech landscape, including emerging technologies, combined with a track record of leading successful transformation initiatives, will be key in this role. You’ll need to be a strong communicator with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical teams, as well as a skilled collaborator who can bring diverse teams together to achieve shared goals.


You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, where your ability to adapt, problem-solve and deliver tangible results will make a real impact on the business.
