About our client

Our client is a successful and well-established international private equity fund, with an impressive primaries and co-investments team looking for an Analyst to be based in London. They have a fantastic track record investing into funds across the UK and US. They work across a broad mandate in the mid and large cap space, and this role will have exposure to the entire deal cycle from the offset.

This position offers an exciting long-term career path with exposure to both investing and portfolio monitoring. What the job involves

  • Reviewing opportunities to invest in the private equity market via primary fund commitments
  • Carrying out financial analysis and preparing IC materials
  • Attending meeting with investment partners
  • Involvement in portfolio monitoring analysis as well as preparing reporting materials for both internal and external purposes
  • Assisting with the preparing of IC papers and board materials
Who we are looking for

  • Prior experience within Big 4, corporate finance, consulting, private equity or banking
  • Strong analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to assume additional responsibilities
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • High-energy team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment
