As an IT Apprentice,you'll dive headfirst into the world of IT, gaining hands-on experience and invaluable knowledge under the mentorship of industry experts. From troubleshooting technical issues to implementing state-of-the-art IT solutions, you'll be at the forefront of driving technological advancement for their clients.

In this role, youll work towards your IT Support Technician Level 3 apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Providing and meticulously logging technical support across the business.
• Serving as the first line of IT support for their clients.
• Troubleshooting and swiftly rectifying customer issues to ensure seamless operations.
• Utilising hosting tools effectively to optimise performance.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong client relationships.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours&Benefits:

• £15,000 per annum
• Salary review upon completion of the apprenticeship
• Working Monday-Friday 09:00 17:30
• 1 hour lunch break
• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Enthusiasm and passion for the IT field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• A proactive attitude with a hunger for learning and growth.
• A grade 4/C in Maths and a 5/C in English at GCSE is required for this role.
