Academics are working with a 'good' school in Chelmsford. This is a long term role commencing in September until July 2025. A permanent role from August 2025 will be available for the right candidate. The school also offers teacher training which would be carried on site and would allow you to earn a wage, while working towards your QTS.

Key responsibilities within the role:
Attend to pupils' personal needs, and implement related personal programmes (must be comfortable taking both girls and boys to the toilet)
Providing support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities
Building and maintaining successful relationships with students, whilst treating them with respect and consideration
Have the highest expectation that every student will make sustained academic and personal progress
Ensure that every pupil is ready for the next steps in their learning and is supported to participate and contribute to
