Our clients, a well-respected independent estate agency, are seeking an ambitious and professional Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their busy Norwich team.
This role would suit a sales-focused individual who is looking to forge a long-term career in the property industry.
Working hours:
Monday-Friday 9.00 am-5:00 pm (depending on viewings)

Saturdays on a rota basis 9.00 am-1.00 pm
As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will be offered: 
Basic salary starting from £21,000

There will also be an element of commission to be made.

Company car

Ongoing training & support
Trainee Lettings Negotiator requirements:
Ideally a minimum of 12 months of experience within the Lettings Industry

Career minded approach

A team player, but with individual flair

Full UK Driver’s License

Customer focused

ARLA qualified preferred
Responsibilities for the successful Trainee Lettings Negotiator:
Matching ideal tenants to each property

Conducting viewings

Managing a busy diary

Completing registration and reference paperwork

Negotiating and completing lets

Dealing with any maintenance issues

Canvass new business
