Legal Contract Manager

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a variety of commercial contracts. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and liabilities. While prior experience in the sports sector is not required, a passion for sports and technology is essential.
Key Responsibilities:nDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, partnership agreements, and licensing agreements.nEnsure all contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations, and company policies.nIdentify and mitigate potential risks and liabilities in contracts.nProvide advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual matters.nMaintain an organised system of physical and digital records for all contracts.nWork closely with legal, finance, sales, and other departments to ensure contracts align with business objectives and requirements.nMonitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues that arise.nAssist in the development and implementation of contract management processes and best practices.
Requirements:nBachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field.n3+ years' experience in contract management, preferably in a technology or data-driven environment.nStrong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and liabilities.nExcellent negotiation and communication skills.nStrong attention to detail and organisational skills.nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.nProficiency in using contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.nA passion for sports and an interest in the sports tech/data industry.
