Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside a dedicated team of three TAs across two Year 5 classes, ensuring excellent support for both students and staff.
Lead and Inspire: Take charge of small group sessions, helping to foster an interactive and engaging learning atmosphere.
One-on-One Support: Provide personalized assistance to students who need extra guidance, making a real impact on their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Support students' academic and social development, monitoring their progress closely.
Assist in preparing resources and materials to create engaging lessons and activities.
Help cultivate a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Collaborate with teachers to provide constructive feedback on student progress, ensuring the best outcomes for all.
