Working towards planning and providing teaching and learning that prepares children for school Work as part of a team to meet the individual needs of the children. Follow health, safety and hygiene practices Plan and carry out activities to support children's development. Attend any training sessions that are required Submit work required for your qualification to your assessor on time.This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to start or further their career within childcare. You will be supporting our nursery team in creating a safe and stimulating environment in line with the EYFS framework, Minibugs Values and ethos. Qualification Required GCSE pass English and Maths preferredKnowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework preferredKnowledge of child development preferedKnowledge of Safeguarding preferred Training Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. Minibugs Nursery will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working dayIf successful, you will complete a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship programme, which includes;Knowledge, Skills and BehavioursLevel 2 Early Years Practitioner QualificationFunctional skills in Maths and English if requiredYour training will be delivered through Minibugs Nurseries dedicated training provider, RealiseRealise is an established training provider that's enjoying an exciting period of growth following a management buyout and rebrand in late 2020 Personal Qualities
