As part of our Team, you will

- Providing an outstanding retail experience, ensuring service, quality and Consistency. - Lead & coach the team on shift to ensure all areas of responsibility are met by the Team - Escalating issues to the Supermarket Team Manager when required - Induct & support new starters through 90-day induction, and completion of core departmental training - Delivers a hands-on approach to supermarket duties and greeting our customer's - Work with the Team to help keep our supermarket area clean & safe - Always promoting Health & Safety first

- Enhanced family friendly policies and pay (eligibility criteria applied)

Pay Rates: 16 to 17 from 7.50, 18 to 20 from 9.97, 21+ from 11.44 per hour, with an additional 1 per hour when leading a shift

Experience and Qualifications

You may already be in a similar role which is great All we are looking for is

- Experience working in retail environment
- Previous experience working as a shift leader
- Ability to lead and coach the team
