Post-16 Teacher – September Start
We are looking for committed and caring Post-16 Teacher to work with us near Borehamwood. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of post-16 students and support their transition into further education, employment, or independent living. This position is scheduled to start in September, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact from the start of the academic year
Salary: £150-£230 per day
Full time role, Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver dynamic and inclusive lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of post-16 students with SEN.

Provide differentiated instruction and support to enable students to achieve their academic and personal objectives.

Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes independence, confidence, and self-esteem.

Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure a holistic and cohesive approach to student development and progress.

Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student achievement and identify areas for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.

Experience working with post-16 students with special educational needs.

Strong understanding of SEN principles, strategies, and best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to inspire and motivate young adults and create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
