Helpline Agent

Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking for 24/7 Helpline Agents to work in a busy contact centre in Wallington.
Providing a calm and professional service, you will respond to members of the public either facing difficult situations or needing guidance and advice, sometimes being required to respond quickly and efficiently.
Working in a friendly team, you will need to be a clear and confident communicator and be able to remain calm when under pressure.

7am - 7pm, 8am - 8pm, 2pm - Midnight and 9pm - 7am
Please note you must be able to commit to ALL the shift times above and you will be required to be office based full time in the office in Wallington. Paying £24,145 per annum.
Duties:
Taking incoming calls from members of the public, gaining as much info as possible and imputing information on to database.
Being a friendly voice on the end of the phone while advising the best course of action.
Understanding the nature of the call i.e. urgent or non-urgent and passing to relevant department.The Individual:
Excellent interpersonal skills with good telephone manner to ensure callers are put at ease
Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions
Ability to retain information and record to a high level
Previous experience in a call centre or working with vulnerable people would be an advantage.Deadline for CV's are 3rd June, interviewing on with 13th June, with a start date of 8th July 2024.
