Luxury Travel Consultant

Luxury Travel Consultant responsibilities:
To sell tailor-made holidays and products to new clients and develop a new database of repeats
Identify each client's needs and preferences
Use your extensive destination knowledge to identify each client's specific needs
Give accurate quotations to each client and effectively convert to booking
Identify and resolve any problems or complaints
Deliver post-booking service and accurate documentation
Participate in FAM trips to develop product knowledge
Luxury Travel Consultant requirements:
Strong booking and processing skills and sales ability
Knowledge of GDS, preferably Amadeus but other GDS will be considered
Excellent travel industry and worldwide travel knowledge
Outstanding communication, administrative and numerical skills
Ability to work well in a team and under your own initiative
