The Opportunity:  We are seeking a versatile and creative Freelance Graphic Designer to work on a range of client projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually compelling designs across multiple mediums. You will be tasked in designing brochures, posters, graphics, general print collateral, and presentation layouts. Experience in web design, illustrations and rendering is an added plus.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to understand creative concepts and ideas and turn them into visual representations in both print and digital form across a multitude of platforms (including social media, website and email). 
  • Ensure consistency in standard of work delivered across the board for internal and external projects. 
  • Suggest creative and refreshing design solutions and techniques to keep offering competitive and innovative. 
  • Lead on the design of high-quality logos, brochures, posters, and other print collateral that align with client brand guidelines.
  • Develop and optimise internal brand guidelines and assets and assist with implementation across platforms. 
  • Collaborate with our team to develop creative concepts and designs that meet client objectives.
  • Layout documents and marketing materials in a visually appealing and easy-to-read manner.
  • Create renderings and visualizations for client presentations.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, often with short lead-times. 
  • Communicate regularly with our team to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Provide revisions based on client and internal feedback.
  • Have a strong network of photographers, videographers and other skilled creatives. 
  • Remain up to date on industry trends, competitor activities and design best practise. 


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Microsoft PowerPoint for building presentation templates. 
  • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
  • Experience with web design and rendering is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team. 
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work on an ad-hoc basis, with availability to take on projects as they arise.
