Based in Ryedale and covering the Scarborough areas, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to make a difference in a supportive and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement physiotherapy treatment plans for patients within the intermediate care setting.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to aid in their recovery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with professional standards and guidelines.
- Degree in Physiotherapy.
- HCPC registration.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in intermediate care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to work the required shift patterns.
