Head Chef - FarringdonnUp to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)nPredominantly day time hours Monday-Friday - with occasional evening and weekend eventsnFree onsite parking and free meal on shift. A DBS will be required for this role.

Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Night services.nAs part of a 15-member catering team, we are equipped to serve up to 1200 customers on-site.nPlan, organise, innovate and direct the preparation and cooking of food to ensure the company''s reputation for quality is enhanced with customers and clients at all times.nDrive ours and our clients sustainability mission to be net zero by 2030.nCreate a positive kitchen environment where your team feel welcomed, supported and developed.nFocus on service execution and delivery excellence at all times.nDrive sales through menu planning and promotions.nResponsible for implementing and maintaining high levels of cleanliness, food safety, HS and COSHH within the kitchen.nMaintain food monitoring procedures to facilitate budgetary control and monitor all costs involved in the kitchen against agreed budgets.nMaintain the centre of excellence in food and customer service.nAbout You

Previous experience in a similar role and working in a high volume, high quality environmentnPrevious experience working in a B&I contract preferrednExcellent and innovative culinary and presentation skillsnPassionate about all things hospitality with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsnLeads and inspires a team with a progressive mindset in developing peoplenA clear understanding of profit margins, purchasing policy, budgeting and food costing.nStock and Waste control experiencenUnderstanding of food management systems HACCP, Food Safety, Health and Safety, Natasha''s Law, Allergens and Manual Handling.nAbout us
