Job Description

NOQ Group is looking for an exceptional Senior React and React Native Developer with over 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead a team of three front-end developers, working closely with the Product Owner, UI/UX Designer, Tech Lead, and Business Analyst to drive the development of five native applications and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).


Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers to build and maintain high-quality applications.
  • Collaborate with Product Owner, UI/UX Designer, Tech Lead, and Business Analyst to conceptualize and implement new features.
  • Design and develop highly-responsive web and mobile applications using React and React Native.
  • Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
  • Maintain and improve code quality, organization, and automation.
  • Drive technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Oversee the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Innovate and implement new standard methodologies to improve our software development process.
  • Document clear and concise system design and architecture.


Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of development experience with React and React Native.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a small team of developers.
  • Demonstrable portfolio of previous projects and clear achievement records.
  • Knowledge of creating Native Bridging for iOS and Android in React Native
  • Expert knowledge in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
  • Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
  • Strong proficiency with mobile development frameworks and RESTful APIs.
  • Familiar with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with source control systems such as Bitbucket.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


Advantage skills:

  • Knowledge of REALM technology by MongoDB.
  • Knowledge of POS and Payments industry.
