About Tribe Vintage:

Started in 2023, Tribe Vintage sell premium vintage + streetwear fashion - most recently within selected Superdry stores as part of a collaboration which kicked off in September 2023 (we currently have spaces in Bullring Birmingham, Westgate Oxford, Oxford Street London, Arndale Manchester and Trinity Leeds - with more openings planned). This is a young, fast growing company, and we are looking for someone to join us on our journey.


We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced (not essential)
  • Interested in (vintage) fashion

  • Strong initiative
  • Good customer service skills
  • Willing to take ownership and have pride in their concession


This is a Role that will take place in Superdry Oxford Street - our flagship concession


Roles:

· Customer engagement – inform customers of the concept of vintage/second hand clothing (more affordable, sustainable, unique). Promote social media pages/website to customers, always aim to show Tribe Vintage in the best light. Be friendly (leaves good impressions + helps sales)

· Visual Merchandising – Ensure concession is well stocked at all times + items are displayed well (items properly on hangers/zips done up/items hung or folded properly/items spaced on rails, well stocked). Window displays – refresh every week with new stock, dress mannequins

· Communication - Weekly catch-up call with HQ – new stock delivery’s needed, what’s happened in store (e.g. theft, trends, etc), general update

· Management – work closely with part-time sales assistants, manage their hours to ensure your concession is run smoothly

· Stock delivery control – inform HQ of required stock, updated trends in sales
