My client is looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to join them as part of a major digital transformation.


The organisation is adopting a Scaled Agile approach and The Senior Delivery Lead will help to set up, optimise and mature the working practices.


The Senior Delivery Lead will need to have experience implementing Scaled Agile within an enterprise scale organisation. You will have knowledge of digital product development and have led cross functional teams including, design, development, QA & product.


The successful candidate will have strong leadership and delivery capabilities, have worked in true delivery environments and have delivered outcomes .


Please note this is very much a Delivery Lead role, you will need to have had at least two recent significant roles working as a Delivery Lead implementing Agile at scale to be considered.


Experience & skills needed;

  • Previous experience working as a Senior Agile Delivery Lead within a Scaled Agile environment leading multiple squads
  • Experience of setting up and optimising agile working practices
  • Experience of working within Digital transformation/programmes
  • Understanding of technical and design aspects of Digital delivery; UI, UX, content management
  • Experience working with and coordinating cross-functional teams of Developers, Product Managers, UI/ UX, Solution Architects, QA
  • Strong understanding of Product Delivery Lifecyle with experience partnering with Product organisation to define and execute on Product Strategy (OKRs, Vision, Missions, Goals)
  • Strong understanding of Agile theory and multi-year experience of application across multiple teams/ ARTs (utilising SCRUM/ Kanban/Lean)
  • Experienced in facilitation of technical estimation and prioritisation processes (RICE/WSJF)
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, ADO, Miro, Asana for project tracking and collaboration.


This role can be based predominantly remotely with the need to go into the office for occasional meetings/workshops


Please note this role has been deemed inside IR35 - you will need to work through an umbrella company if successful
