Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee contracts, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and deadline standards.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to develop and execute project plans.
• Conduct site inspections, manage subcontractors, and troubleshoot any arising issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Contracts Manager.
• Proven track record in successfully managing projects in high-rise buildings.
