Pembury Partners are assisting our Client based in Cardiff, Wales in the search for a Private Chef with a focus on nutrition to prep lunch and cook dinner Monday to Friday The ideal chef will be passionate about using the freshest, highest quality ingredients sourced internationally, preparing beautiful, healthy and delicious meals, prioritising nutrition. The ideal candidate will display a consistently meticulous skillset and possess a personable attitude.

Amongst the duties:

  • A full-time, permanent role based in Cardiff, cooking dinner 5 and prep lunch for next day.
  • Preparing a variety of cuisines with a focus on health & nutrition
  • Prominently cooking for one principal, but he will have guests on occasion
  • Extensive menu development, creation, and planning
  • Meal related budget management and shopping
  • Using fresh, organic high-quality produce sourced internationally
  • Excellent attention to detail

Skillset required:

  • Previous experience within a private household
  • Ability to prepare a variety of cuisines with a focus on healthy, beautiful, fresh meals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great knowledge of nutrition
  • A personable, friendly attitude
  • A passion for healthy, fresh, organic cooking
  • Impeccable health, safety and hygiene standards

Benefits and salary: £35,000 gross per annum
