Your mission:
Producing consistent delicious dishes and cooking to an exceptional standard.
Ensuring Food safety and health and safety policies are adhered to and completing all corresponding due diligence.
Careful management, ordering, and counting of stock.
Supervising, training, and managing the kitchen team, always encouraging development and growth.
