Operational Specialist - (Customer Feedback Analysis / User Generated Content / Community Management)
- Hybrid working in Chertsey, 3 days a week.
- £200pd inside IR35
Your key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operational projects for the Samsung Reviews Program across multiple European subsidiaries
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including local subsidiaries, operational delivery teams, product management, and senior management, to ensure successful implementation reviews enhancments
- Monitor project progress against established timelines and milestones, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans whilst working through operational deliverables
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including regular status updates and progress reporting
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and vendors
- Continuously evaluate and optimize project processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
What we need for this role
- To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in digital marketing, social media, or customer engagement environments
- Strong understanding of UGC principles, community management, and customer feedback analysis
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, adapt to changing circumstances, and work under pressure
- Experienced in working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, regions, and mindsets
- Proficient in project management tools, such as Asana, Jira, Trello, Confluence, etc.
- Experience in working with Bazaarvoice is a strong plus
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
