Trade Strategy Developer

Key Responsibilities:nDevelop algorithms to automate trading processes and improve decision-making.nContinuously evaluate and refine trading strategies based on performance data and market conditions.nImplement robust testing regimes to ensure strategy effectiveness before deployment.
Skills Required:nStrong in C++nProficient in Python, and Java.nStrong analytical skills with a good grasp of financial markets and trading principles.nAbility to collaborate with trading teams to translate market insights into actionable strategies.nCollaborative Nature: Engages with both technical and trading teams to develop strategies that optimize the firm’s trading performance across various markets.
