Office-based in Newcastle-under-Lyme,
Monday to Friday – 40hours (9-5.30pm)
£25-26k plus £500 company bonus
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Join our clients UK B2B Sales team as a B2B Order Processor You will play a crucial role in processing sales orders, supporting the order lifecycle, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Work closely with a variety of customers across different platforms and help drive their business success.
Main Duties:
* Efficiently process sales orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
* Keep our systems up-to-date with kitting/job/additional service requirements.
* Shipment and Delivery Monitoring: Monitor shipment statuses and deliveries to meet customer expectations.
* Resolve courier issues as they arise.
* Act as the point of contact for customer service and query resolution, both internally and externally.
* Maintain accurate records and system notes.
* Liaise with other departments to ensure orders are fulfilled according to customer specifications and standards.
* Sales Account management as per allocation if/where relevant
* Contribute to the creation and maintenance of process flows and procedures.
* Perform additional tasks as necessary to support business needs.
Key Skills:
* Good at building relationships and communicating effectively.
* Proficient in literacy and math (GCSE grade 5 or equivalent).
* Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Proactive with a positive attitude.
* Ability to work flexibly as part of a small team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
* Reliable and organised with an impeccable eye for detail,
* Continuous Learner: Eager to learn and improve, with strong IT skills.
* Experience with CRM systems and order processing preferred.
