As Contracts Manager you will ensure the programme requirements are met in line with business objectives and client and customer aspirations and expectation.
This is a fast-paced role which requires:
* Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
* Managing contracts to achieve targets in respect of safety, time, cost, quality and, customer satisfaction
* Managing people, sub-contractors, and processes to ensure that responsive repairs, voids, and any other works are controlled and delivered within the time frame required
* Ensuring an excellent customer experience at all times
* A quick thinker, who can adapt to changing situations
* Able to demonstrate experience of delivering multiple contracts
* The ability to plan and co-ordinate effective resource allocation including supply chain, staff, directly employed operatives
* Able to lead large, high performing multiple disciplined teams
* Ensure high standards of safety, excellent service delivery and sound financial outcomes
Qualifications & Skills
* Minimum relevant L6 qualification (NVQ) and /or relevant membership of a professional body MCIOB/MICE) and/or construction related degree
* Minimum 5 years' experience with a refurbishment main contractor
* Able to demonstrate experience of delivering multiple contracts
* Excellent awareness of H&S
* Data interrogation skills
* Cladding experience
* SMSTS
* CSCS
* Microsoft Project and Excel Trackers
* Experience and knowledge of Quality Management systems and processes
* Valid Driving Licence
