We’re recruiting for an Assistant Registrar to work with us to meet some ambitious goals over the next year.


The Registry team is small but high-performing, and we’re looking for someone to join us with a knack for managing complex processes, a drive to make things work better, and an ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.


This position will work directly with the Registrar on two major strategic projects for the College: our submission for Full Degree Awarding Powers, and the launch of graduate apprenticeship provision in September 2024.


This is a really unique opportunity in HE, to join an institution as it moves out of start-up and into its next stage of development. You’ll have flexibility to implement policies and practices in the way that works best for us and our students, without the institutional baggage that comes with a larger provider. It could be a great opportunity for someone with an academic quality or regulatory background looking to gain some more senior experience.


There will be some meetings that you will need to attend in England & Wales throughout the year, so we are looking for someone who is within a 3 hour journey from London.

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Term: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Working Hours: 35 hours per week

Holiday Entitlement: 28 days plus statutory holidays

Pension Arrangements: 8% pension contribution and salary sacrifice scheme

Probation Period: 6 months

Notice Period: 3 months after probation
