The Opportunity We are building the future of data. We are obsessed with solving the hardest, most expensive problems for the world's largest enterprises. We are currently in Stealth, but our foundation is rock solid: Capital: We have raised $4M from some of the biggest funds in the world.  Traction: We are already designing the product and delivering massive, tangible value to some of the biggest companies on the planet. Team: We are an execution-driven team scaling towards Series A. The Role We are looking for a Head of Product to work directly with our CTO and CEO’s. This is not a role for a "maintenance mode" PM. We need a 10x product leader with insane pedigree - someone who has operated at the highest levels of large-scale tech but still possesses the grit to get their hands dirty in a startup. Technology is nothing without usability. Your job is to bridge the gap between complex AI agentic structures and the humans who use them. Your Obsession: The Customer - we are looking for a leader who believes that AI is useless unless it solves a real problem. You don’t just build features; you build trust. You are relentless about understanding the user journey in complex data ecosystems. You can walk into a Fortune 500 client, understand their pain, and translate that into a roadmap that balances visionary ambition with immediate value. This person will own product strategy and execution , manage and grow a high-performing product team, and ensure our platform delivers measurable impact across some of the world’s most complex data ecosystems. You’ll help refine an already strong product vision, bring structure to our roadmap, and bridge strategy, design, and engineering. Who You Are Pedigree & Grit: You have 6+ years of experience, including Director/Head of Product roles at top-tier tech companies. You’ve seen what "great" looks like at scale, and you want to build it from the ground up here. Category Definer: You want to define a new category, not just improve an existing one. Do-First Mentality: You are decisive. You solve problems rather than debating them. Customer-Centric: You prioritize usability, transparency, and verifiable impact over hype. Technical: Has experience building highly technical products, and have a great understanding of data products, have built in data before Great communicator: Can speak the language of developers, data teams, head of design, commercial teams - and bridge this gap. English and Spanish is a plus Execution & Delivery: Drive end-to-end product delivery - scoping, prioritization, and execution - with clear metrics and measurable outcomes. Scale & Systems: Introduce best practices in product operations, experimentation, and feedback loops to ensure quality at scale. The Mission Location: Europe/ East coast US Stage: Post-Seed ($4M raised) -> Scaling to Series A The Goal: To give companies a true AI that works for them, not just near them.
