Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Our client is a reputable maintenance company who have offices across the South & West of England. The company are thriving, with the maintenance side becoming a fast growing sector. They have many contracts in the pipeline meaning they now require an individual Multi Trade Operative who would like to move into more of a management role, and grow as a person as the company grows, to work on residential maintenance works in the Crawley area.
The role:
As a Multi trade Operative you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to planned maintenance works, with some being reactive. You will work alone covering residential sites. You must be flexible with hours, some on call hours will be required.
You will be the face of the business therefore you will need to be forward thinking, reliable, and a people person. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone looking to progress and have a real input within a company.
This role is full time and can either be on permanent or freelance basis. They are looking for someone who wants to progress their career and there will be the opportunity to move into management as the company grows.
You will be provided with a company van, tools and uniform.
Requirements:
Experience in carpentry, painting, tiling, and general maintenance
* Ability to work effectively in a team or alone using your own initiative
* People person
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Prior experience in the building maintenance industry is desired
* Full Driving license
