They're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering and participating in children's activities from day to day, with the ability to bring bundles of energy and enthusiasm to their After School Club

As an After School Club Supervisor you will demonstrate strong organisation skills and assist with the planning, structure and delivery of a wide range of activities, including indoor and outdoor games, sports, arts & crafts, downtime and structured play. You will support all day-to-day aspects to provide an inclusive, fun and engaging provision for the children in your care, whilst inspiring them to explore their interests.

You will be responsible for the safety and enjoyment of the children in your care and ensure all team members are adhering to the specific policies and procedures in place. Strong communication is key to this role, as you will be directing a small team to work collaboratively together and provide a fun and enjoyable experience for the children

As an After School Club Supervisor, you will ideally have experience in

- A minimum of 2 years managerial/supervisory experience in a Childcare, Early Years or Playwork setting
- Experience in the 'Out of School' Sector, in a Primary School, Pre-School, Nursery or Sports setting
- A Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Childcare or Playwork or equivalent (desirable not essential)
- Leading Play & Activities, creating a fun, energetic, playful, structured environment for children to grow and develop
- Listening to customers, parents, schools and, most importantly, the children in your care to create the best experiences
- Ability to lead a small team and motivate others to deliver the highest standard
- Seeking and embracing feedback from others, being calm under pressure, and doing everything possible to exceed expectations
- Have an inspirational approach, bringing fun and creativeness to the team
