Programme Management Analyst

to support and join their expanding team.

Position Description :nRate: £29.52 (via Umbrella PAYE) increasing to £35.65 after 12 weeks under AWR’s (Agency Worker Regulations)

Program Management Analyst - Pro Special VehiclesnProvide program management leadership across functions to execute timely development and launch of Special Vehicle Options to Commercial Vehicles. Guide the Special Vehicles Team through the enquiry (Equivalent to GPDS) and business processes to deliver to options to plan. - Build operational excellence and program management capabilities across the Special Vehicle Team to deliver the best solutions to our customers in a flexible and agile manner. - Support cross-functional development of project timing, deliverables, budget and product definition. Monitor execution to plan using Data and Tools to identify and then support risk/issue management throughout the program cycle from inception to manufacturing launch. Facilitate the cross functional business issue investigation, containment, root cause evaluation and prevent recurrence in the delivery of Special Vehicle Options. Provide a central point of communication across all functions for the Special Vehicles Team. Lead the change management processes that controls product definition and engineering change management.

Skills Required:nGood communication skills.nGood personal organisation and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.nExperienced in MS ProjectnAbility to command meetings with leadership across the team whilst maintaining focus on results and next steps.nAbility to challenge the norms and drive the business forwards to meet objectives.nProcess-oriented mindset with emphasis on implementation.nA self-starter with the ability to take responsibility for key assignments with minimal supervision. Highly numerical with strong analytical skills.nExperienced and competent with MS Excel in managing large documents/datasets with complex formula and VBA.nBusiness Acumen and the ability to manage costs and risks.nNegotiation skills. - Proven ability to solve problems creatively.nCritical thinking whilst staying objective.nFocus on Quality.

Skills Preferred:nFlexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity and shifting priorities.nAbility to meet tight deadlines. Ability to collaboratively work in a diverse, cross-functional, European environment. menAgile project management.nKnowledge of Lean manufacturing best practices (incl. Six Sigma, Kaizen etc.)

Experience Required:nStrong experience of working in an Automotive / operations environment with experience of:

Experience in setting up and tracking realistic schedules.nTracking of operating metrics and KPIsnUse of agile methodologies to accelerate program delivery.

Experience Preferred:nExperience of the Commercial vehicle conversion market and international automotive industrynPrevious Program Management Experience or Functional Integration.nKnowledge of Automotive structure and processes, with experience in PDL, Product Development, Manufacturing and/or Program Management.nA good understanding of GPDS tools and processes.nExperience of building out and optimisation of new processes.

Education Required:nUniversity degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business or Data

Education Preferred:nHigher degree
