Teach students according to their educational needs, including setting and marking work. Assess, record, and report on student attendance, progress, development, and attainment. Provide oral and written assessments, reports, and references for individuals and groups. Ensure a high-quality learning experience that meets internal and external standards. Assist in developing syllabi, resources, schemes of work, and teaching strategies. Use varied teaching methods to meet student needs and curriculum demands.
