Location: Alresford, SO24
Salary: OTE £40k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent – Sales or Senior Sales Negotiator to work for a premium brand in the Alresfordarea.
You will need to be a committed team player, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for selling residential property and the ability to perform well in a highly competitive property market.
You will be instrumental in helping to grow the market share whilst ensuring first class customer service is being delivered. You will need to be smart, punctual, reliable, well-spoken and articulate, whilst being driven, focused and be able to thrive in a faced paced pressurised environment.
Skills: The skills required for this Sales or Senior Sales Negotiator role will include:
Experienced residential estate agent
Excellent sales ability
Listing / Valuations experience beneficial
High level of customer service skills
Good telephone manner and positive attitude
Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
Knowledge of the Alresford area helpful
Full UK Driving License
Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
