The Organisation

Headquartered in Oxfordshire, our client is a fast-growing, private-equity backed business that manufactures value-add products for the construction sector. They currently operate across multiple sites, and boast numerous high-profile projects in their portfolio. They have ambitious growth plans in place, and as they continue their exciting journey, they are keen to establish a consistent "people first" ethos across every site and element of their business. To this end, they are looking to hire a Human Resources Director to shape the people strategy and culture of the organization.
